Farm and rural property work
Pendleton is one of the more genuinely rural stops in our service area, and the jobs look different because of it. Less "clear the basement," more "clear the barn, the equipment shed, the old chicken coop and the tree line behind them." Scrap metal, old implements, lumber, tires, fencing and decades of household overflow all end up in the same buildings.
These are good jobs and they need honest scoping. We walk the property with you before quoting, because rural cleanouts are the single most common place where a phone estimate turns out to be wrong by half.
What we'll flag on a farm property
Two things come up regularly and we can't take either. Old barn insulation, pipe wrap and some siding may contain asbestos, which needs a licensed abatement contractor rather than a hauling crew. And barns almost always hold drums, cans and jugs of something — fuel, oil, pesticide, herbicide, unlabeled liquid. We do not remove hazardous waste or chemicals, full stop. We'll haul everything else and tell you where the rest needs to go.
Driveways, fields and weather
A lot of Pendleton properties sit well off the road. We'll look at the driveway before we commit to backing a loaded truck down it — soft ground after a thaw or a heavy rain will bury a truck, and pulling one out of a field is nobody's idea of a good day. In winter, we need the drive plowed.

One thing we can't take
We do not remove hazardous waste or chemicals — no paint, solvents, motor oil, gasoline, pesticides, pool chemicals, asbestos, propane tanks, or medical waste. That material is regulated and has to go through a licensed hazardous-waste channel. If you're not sure what something is, call and describe it and we'll point you toward the right drop-off.
