A village with village-sized access
Williamsville doesn't work like the subdivisions around it. Lots are narrower, driveways are shorter, some homes date to well before the war, and the streets off Main aren't built for a truck to sit indefinitely. It's closer to working in the city than working in East Amherst, and we plan the job that way — park smart, carry efficiently, don't block a neighbor in.
Older village homes also mean attics that are genuinely used for storage and reached by a pull-down or a steep back stair. Attic clearouts are hot, awkward work and we don't ask you to bring anything down before we get there.

One thing we can't take
We do not remove hazardous waste or chemicals — no paint, solvents, motor oil, gasoline, pesticides, pool chemicals, asbestos, propane tanks, or medical waste.
